We are working with our infrastructure partners to address a security issue requiring reboots of all Pantheon systems within the next 24 hours. We plan to perform these reboots during a window from 6pm May 13th (tonight) to 6am May14th. We expect to see short disruptions to customer sites as reboots proceed through our platform during both of these windows.
We recognize this activity is disruptive. Whenever possible we strive to achieve strong security, high availability, and quality user experiences. We will do all we can to minimize the impact of updating these systems and return your site to full operation as quickly as possible.
